What are the delivery charges for orders from the Online Shop?

We offer FREE SHIPPING WORLDWIDE on all orders!

Why did some items in my order get delivered seperately?

We source the best valued products from factories across the globe. It is far more efficient for us and quicker for you, to deliver some items on a your order separately.

How long will delivery take?


Shipping time varies by destination and product/manufacturer. Currently, these are our typical delivery times:

*Our products are made to order (depending on factory stock levels) and this can take up to 5 days for manufacturing, processing and fulfillment.

Which payment methods are accepted in the Online Shop?

You can pay with PayPal directly or with your credit card.  We also offer payment via credit card with Stripe.

How secure is shopping in the Online Shop? Is my data protected?

Our site is secured by industry standard SSL security certificate.

We do not store your payment method or credit card details on our servers. If you choose to save these on your account then they are stored securely on the servers of our payment provider – Stripe.

Do I receive an invoice for my order?

You will receive a notification email for your order which you can use as an invoice.
